  1. Provide medical oversight and guidance for patient safety issues, ensuring the well-being of our patients.
  2. Utilize your strong background in patient safety to identify potential risks and implement proactive measures to prevent harm.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including pharmacovigilance, clinical development, and regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with global safety regulations and standards.
  4. Review and evaluate adverse event reports, clinical trial data, and safety signals to ensure timely and accurate reporting to regulatory authorities.
  5. Conduct thorough medical review of safety data and provide medical input for risk management plans, safety assessments, and benefit-risk evaluations.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on patient safety for internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and regulatory agencies.
  7. Stay current with industry and regulatory developments related to patient safety and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices within the organization.
  8. Serve as a mentor and resource for other team members, providing education and support on patient safety topics.
  9. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.
  10. Represent the company at external meetings and conferences, presenting on topics related to patient safety and risk management.
  11. Act with integrity and uphold ethical standards in all aspects of your work, ensuring the highest level of patient safety and compliance with regulations.
  12. Demonstrate a strong personal commitment to the company's mission and values, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Medical Degree: The Candidate Should Have A Doctor Of Medicine (Md) Degree From An Accredited Medical School.

  • Board Certification: The Candidate Should Be Board Certified In A Relevant Medical Specialty, Such As Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Or Emergency Medicine.

  • Clinical Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Clinical Experience As A Practicing Physician, With A Strong Understanding Of Patient Safety Principles And Practices.

  • Leadership Skills: The Candidate Should Have Demonstrated Leadership Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Patient Safety Or Quality Improvement Role.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Relevant Regulatory Requirements And Standards, Such As Those Set By The Fda And Other Governing Bodies, Related To Patient Safety And Pharmacovigilance.
