Develop and implement marketing technology products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Lead the technical aspects of MarTech projects, including defining requirements, creating technical specifications, and overseeing development and implementation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technology trends and innovations to continuously improve and enhance our products.
Conduct research and analysis to identify and evaluate new MarTech tools and platforms that can support our marketing strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, IT, and data analytics, to understand their needs and requirements for MarTech solutions.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful delivery of MarTech products.
Provide technical expertise and support to stakeholders across the organization, including training and troubleshooting.
Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and other resources to support the adoption and usage of our MarTech products.
Monitor and analyze the performance of our MarTech products, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for enhancements.
Keep track of industry regulations and compliance requirements related to MarTech and ensure our products are in compliance.
Communicate updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the MarTech team and across the organization.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Martech: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Background In Martech Solutions, With A Deep Understanding Of Various Tools And Technologies Used In The Field. They Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Martech Projects.
Technical Expertise: The Martech Technical Product Lead Should Possess Strong Technical Skills, Including Proficiency In Coding Languages Such As Html, Css, Javascript, And Experience With Database Management Systems. They Should Also Have A Good Understanding Of Apis, Data Integration, And Web Analytics.
Project Management Skills: A Successful Martech Technical Product Lead Should Have Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Plan, Prioritize, And Execute Multiple Projects Simultaneously. They Should Have Experience In Agile Methodologies And Be Able To Lead Cross-Functional Teams To Deliver Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Strategic Thinking: The Candidate Should Have A Strategic Mindset, With The Ability To Understand Business Objectives And Translate Them Into Technical Solutions. They Should Be Able To Analyze Data And Make Informed Decisions To Improve The Overall Performance Of Martech Initiatives.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Abilities: As A Key Leader In The Martech Team, The Technical Product Lead Should Possess Strong Communication Skills And Be Able To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders, Including Marketing Teams, It Teams, And External Vendors. They Should Also Have Experience In Managing And Developing A Team Of Technical Professionals.
