- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges in the healthcare industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and medical affairs, to ensure alignment and integration of market access initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as payers, providers, and patient advocacy groups.
- Monitor and evaluate market access landscape, including changes in regulations, policies, and reimbursement systems.
- Lead the development and execution of value propositions for new and existing products.
- Provide insights and recommendations on pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategies to senior leadership.

- Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and other events to promote market access initiatives and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance their market access knowledge and skills.

- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the market access function.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Market Access, Pricing, Or Reimbursement Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Market Access Strategies For New And Existing Products.
In-Depth Understanding Of Global Healthcare Systems And Market Access Landscapes, Including Knowledge Of Value-Based Pricing And Health Technology Assessment Processes.
Strong Leadership Skills With Experience Managing A Team And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams.
Excellent Analytical And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Insights And Recommendations To Senior Management And External Stakeholders.
