- Lead and manage a team responsible for the intake and processing of adverse event reports from local markets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures for adverse event reporting.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to drive operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for the case intake process.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for case intake and ensure team adherence to these procedures.
- Stay updated on global regulatory requirements for adverse event reporting and communicate any changes or updates to the team.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the team to ensure they have a thorough understanding of adverse event reporting requirements.
- Manage relationships with local markets and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting of adverse events.
- Analyze data and prepare reports on team performance and trends in adverse event reporting.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of patient safety strategies and initiatives.
- Provide support and guidance to team members on complex cases and escalate issues to senior management when necessary.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of adverse event reports to regulatory authorities.
- Participate in audits and inspections related to adverse event reporting and provide necessary support and documentation.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the case intake process.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes a strong focus on patient safety and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Case Intake And Management Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Pharmacovigilance Regulations And Guidelines, Including Gvp And Fda Regulations.
Prior Experience In Leading And Managing A Team, With A Proven Track Record Of Driving Performance And Achieving Goals.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
