Efficiently intake and process case reports related to AstraZeneca products.
Ensure compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding case reports.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail to accurately process and document case reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate case processing.
Utilize knowledge of global pharmacovigilance regulations to identify potential safety issues.
Proactively escalate potential safety issues to appropriate parties.
Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Provide support and guidance to colleagues regarding case intake and processing.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to pharmacovigilance.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
Contribute to the overall success of the Global Business Services team through collaboration and teamwork.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing AstraZeneca.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to making a positive impact in the healthcare industry.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Or Sales Role, Preferably In A Global Business Setting.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage With Clients And Colleagues From Diverse Cultural Backgrounds.
Demonstrated Knowledge Of Case Intake Processes And Procedures, With The Ability To Efficiently Manage High Volumes Of Cases And Prioritize Workload.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software, With The Ability To Learn And Adapt To New Systems Quickly.
