Conduct comprehensive literature reviews in alignment with AstraZeneca's research and development goals and strategies.
Analyze and synthesize scientific literature to identify key trends, gaps, and opportunities for further exploration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide critical insights and recommendations based on literature findings.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the areas of interest to AstraZeneca.
Utilize various databases and tools to efficiently gather and organize relevant literature.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of literature data by following established protocols and procedures.
Communicate literature findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Continuously improve and refine literature review processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Build and maintain relationships with external experts and key opinion leaders to enrich literature review insights.
Act as a subject matter expert on literature review methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Provide training and guidance to junior team members on literature review techniques and processes.
Contribute to the development and implementation of AstraZeneca's global literature review strategy.
Represent AstraZeneca at conferences and industry events to promote the company's expertise in literature review.
Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to literature review activities.

Job Qualifications

Advanced Degree In Literature: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Literature Or A Related Field. This Qualification Demonstrates A Deep Understanding Of Research Methods And The Ability To Critically Analyze And Synthesize Information From Various Sources.
Experience In Global Business Services: A Strong Understanding Of Global Business Services Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Position, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry. This Experience Will Ensure The Advisor Has A Comprehensive Understanding Of The Industry And Its Specific Literature Review Needs.
Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: A Literature Review Advisor At Astrazeneca Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements For The Pharmaceutical Industry. This Includes Knowledge Of Regulatory Bodies Such As The Fda And Ema, As Well As Guidelines For Conducting Literature Reviews In Line With Regulatory Standards.
Strong Analytical Skills: The Ability To Analyze And Interpret Complex Data Is Crucial For This Role. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Analytical Skills And Be Able To Identify Patterns And Trends In Large Volumes Of Literature. They Should Also Have Experience Using Various Analytical Tools And Software To Support Their Analysis.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Literature Review Advisor, The Candidate Will Be Working With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders, Both Within And Outside Of Astrazeneca. Therefore, Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential. The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Their Findings And Insights, As Well As Work Collaboratively With Others To Develop Strategies And Solutions.
