  1. Manage and oversee clinical trial operations to ensure high-quality and timely execution of studies.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement clinical trial strategies.
  3. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, guidelines, and company policies.
  4. Lead and mentor team members to drive excellence in clinical trial execution.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investigators, vendors, and internal colleagues.
  6. Monitor and analyze study data to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  7. Manage study budgets and timelines to ensure efficient use of resources.
  8. Communicate study updates and progress to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
  9. Evaluate and implement new technologies and processes to optimize clinical trial operations.
  10. Continuously assess and improve processes to promote efficiency and quality in clinical trial execution.
  11. Act as a liaison between the Late Development team and other departments within the company.
  12. Participate in the selection and management of external vendors and service providers.
  13. Ensure all trial documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with regulations.
  14. Represent the company at external conferences and meetings related to clinical trial operations.
  15. Maintain a deep understanding of the therapeutic area and competitive landscape to inform clinical trial strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Related Field Such As Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Or Clinical Operations.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Operations, Preferably In Late Stage Development.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Demonstrated Success In Managing And Leading Cross-Functional Teams In A Fast-Paced, Global Environment.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels.
