A Degree In A Scientific Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmaceuticals.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Laboratory Or Research Setting, With A Strong Understanding Of Lab Operations And Techniques.
Excellent Data Analysis And Problem-Solving Skills, With Experience Using Software And Tools To Analyze And Interpret Lab Data.
Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Lab Technicians And Scientists.
