- Develop and implement talent management strategies in alignment with the organization's overall business objectives.
- Partner with leaders to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on effective talent strategies and solutions.
- Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing methods, including networking, job postings, and referrals.
- Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external talent sources, such as recruitment agencies and universities.
- Create and implement onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement performance management processes and programs.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee development, performance issues, and career progression.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Monitor and analyze talent metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent management and human resources.
- Work collaboratively with the HR team to ensure consistency and alignment of HR processes and procedures.
- Support and drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
- Handle employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders on all HR-related matters.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, With A Focus On Business Partnering And Talent Development.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Human Capital Management (Hcm) Systems And Processes.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Talent Development Strategies And Programs To Support Organizational Goals.
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With All Levels Of The Organization.
