  1. Analyze and evaluate current human resources processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize HR processes and systems to support a global workforce.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions for HR process improvement.
  4. Monitor and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of HR processes and systems.
  5. Identify and troubleshoot issues with HR processes and systems, and provide timely resolution.
  6. Develop and maintain process documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in HR process and system optimization.
  8. Train and support HR team members on new processes and system functionalities.
  9. Communicate updates and changes to HR processes and systems to relevant stakeholders.
  10. Proactively identify potential risks and propose solutions to minimize their impact on HR processes and systems.
  11. Collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure smooth integration and functioning of HR systems.
  12. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in HR operations.
  14. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to HR process optimization as assigned by the HR leadership team.
  15. Uphold company values and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Hrit Process Analysis And Improvement.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Recommend Solutions For Complex Hrit Processes.

  • Knowledge Of Hr Systems And Processes, Such As Hris, Performance Management, And Talent Acquisition.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders To Identify Process Improvement Opportunities.
