Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Hematology Lead, Oncology Outcomes Research at AstraZeneca. In this role, you will drive the strategy for the design, analysis, and interpretation of clinical studies in hematologic malignancies and other oncology indications. To be successful in this role, you must have a PhD or equivalent in a relevant field, with a minimum of 8 years' experience in oncology research and/or pharmaceutical development. You must also demonstrate a strong knowledge of clinical trial design, statistical methodology, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.The ideal candidate will have a passion for scientific discovery and a deep understanding of the principles and practices of oncology research. In addition, you must have an eye for detail and the ability to work independently, while still managing multiple projects at any given time.
