Conduct global research and analysis to identify potential new areas of innovation and improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative strategies for scientific research.
Support the development of groundbreaking medicines by providing timely and accurate data analysis and interpretation.
Maintain a strong understanding of current market trends and competitors' activities to inform decision-making.
Assist in the planning and execution of global research studies, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.
Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress towards research goals.
Proactively identify and address potential issues or obstacles in research projects.
Stay updated with industry regulations and guidelines related to global research and innovation.
Support the development and maintenance of research protocols, SOPs, and study documentation.
Analyze and present data and results to internal and external audiences.
Contribute to the development of study reports, publications, and regulatory submissions.
Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and optimization of research processes.
Play an active role in fostering a positive and collaborative work culture within the team.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Or International Business.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research Or Project Management, Preferably In A Global Setting.
Knowledge Of Global Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines For Clinical Trials.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Diverse Teams And Stakeholders From Different Countries.
Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
