
Global Ethics & Compliance Director (CVRM & Medical Affairs)

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Global Ethics & Compliance Director for our Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolism (CVRM) and Medical Affairs departments. - Develop and implement a comprehensive global ethics and compliance program for the CVRM and Medical Affairs departments.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and laws to ensure our organization remains compliant and ethical in all practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential compliance risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular training and education sessions for employees to promote a culture of ethical and compliant behavior.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all ethics and compliance-related inquiries and concerns from employees, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead investigations into potential violations of company policies or regulations and take appropriate actions to address any issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to promote a culture of transparency and accountability.
- Advise and guide the organization on ethical and compliance matters, providing expert insights and recommendations.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and enhance the ethics and compliance program.
- Represent the organization in external meetings and conferences to share insights and promote our commitment to ethical and compliant practices.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where ethical behavior and compliance are valued and encouraged.
Strong Knowledge Of Global Compliance Regulations And Industry Standards: This Includes An Understanding Of Laws Such As The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (Fcpa), Anti-Bribery Laws, And Regulations Related To Clinical Trials And Drug Marketing.
Leadership And Management Experience: The Global Ethics & Compliance Director Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team And Providing Guidance To Colleagues Across Different Regions And Departments. Strong Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing Individuals And Teams Is Essential For This Role.
Experience In The Pharmaceutical Industry: A Thorough Understanding Of The Pharmaceutical Industry And Its Unique Compliance Challenges Is Crucial For This Position. Previous Experience In A Similar Role Within A Pharmaceutical Company Is Preferred.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Global Ethics & Compliance Director Will Be Required To Communicate With Individuals At All Levels Of The Organization, From Entry-Level Employees To Senior Executives. Strong Communication Skills And The Ability To Build Relationships Are Essential For Success In This Role.
Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Ability To Analyze Complex Situations, Identify Potential Compliance Risks, And Develop Effective Solutions Is A Key Requirement For This Role. The Global Ethics & Compliance Director Must Be Able To Think Critically And Make Sound Decisions In A Fast-Paced And Ever-Changing Environment.
