Global Development Imaging Scientist

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Global Development Imaging Scientist to join the Imaging Science Services group at AstraZeneca. The ideal candidate will have a passion for medical imaging and understand the potential of imaging technology in drug development. As a Global Development Imaging Scientist, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders and be a part of a globally distributed team of imaging professionals.To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of imaging modalities as well as experience in developing imaging protocols and analyzing imaging data. You should also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners.The ideal candidate will have a PhD in a scientific discipline, preferably in imaging science, and at least four years of experience in imaging research. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable, as is familiarity with imaging quality assurance and regulatory requirements.
