  1. Develop and oversee the global clinical program for Multiple Sclerosis, Immunology Cell Therapy, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of talented individuals, providing guidance and support to achieve program objectives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, regulatory, and commercial departments to ensure successful program execution.
  4. Develop and implement strategic plans for the program, including timelines, budgets, and risk management.
  5. Monitor and track program progress, identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that may arise.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and ethical standards in the execution of clinical trials.
  7. Communicate program updates and progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
  8. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the program team.
  9. Identify and develop key opinion leaders and external experts to support the program's success.
  10. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to manage relationships and ensure program objectives are met.
  11. Stay updated on industry developments and trends related to Multiple Sclerosis and immunology to inform program strategy.
  12. Generate and present reports and analyses to senior management to inform decision-making.
  13. Uphold the company's values and mission, promoting a patient-centric approach in all aspects of the program.
  14. Mentor and develop team members, providing opportunities for growth and professional development.
  15. Ensure the program is conducted in an ethical and responsible manner, upholding the highest standards of patient safety and data integrity.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Or Clinical Research.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In The Field Of Multiple Sclerosis And Immunology.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Clinical Trial Regulations And Guidelines, As Well As Experience In Managing Clinical Trials Across Multiple Countries.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Leadership And Management Of Clinical Program Teams, Including Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Key Opinion Leaders And Regulatory Authorities.
