  • Develop and implement innovative clinical development strategies for the advancement of life-changing medicines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and commercial, to ensure coordinated and efficient execution of clinical trials
  • Conduct thorough analysis of clinical trial data and provide strategic recommendations for the development of new medicines
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards in the conduct of clinical trials
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including investigators, key opinion leaders, and regulatory agencies
  • Act as the scientific and medical expert for assigned clinical trials, providing guidance and support to team members
  • Participate in the preparation and review of study protocols, clinical study reports, and other key clinical documents
  • Contribute to the development and execution of clinical development plans and study timelines
  • Identify potential risks or issues related to clinical trials and develop mitigation strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in clinical research and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical development processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field (E.g. Medicine, Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Etc.)

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Development Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Regulations And Guidelines For Clinical Trials.

  • Proven Experience In Successfully Managing Complex Clinical Development Programs.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Cross-Functional And Global Team Environment.
