- Develop and implement innovative clinical development strategies for the advancement of life-changing medicines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and commercial, to ensure coordinated and efficient execution of clinical trials
- Conduct thorough analysis of clinical trial data and provide strategic recommendations for the development of new medicines
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards in the conduct of clinical trials
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including investigators, key opinion leaders, and regulatory agencies
- Act as the scientific and medical expert for assigned clinical trials, providing guidance and support to team members
- Participate in the preparation and review of study protocols, clinical study reports, and other key clinical documents
- Contribute to the development and execution of clinical development plans and study timelines
- Identify potential risks or issues related to clinical trials and develop mitigation strategies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in clinical research and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical development processes and procedures.
Advanced Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field (E.g. Medicine, Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Etc.)
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Development Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Global Regulations And Guidelines For Clinical Trials.
Proven Experience In Successfully Managing Complex Clinical Development Programs.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Cross-Functional And Global Team Environment.
