  4. Drive brand awareness and consumer engagement through effective communication and marketing initiatives.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical affairs, and market access, to ensure alignment and execution of brand strategies.
  6. Manage the brand budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including KOLs, patient advocacy groups, and external partners.
  8. Provide leadership and guidance to the brand team, including coaching and developing team members.
  9. Monitor and track brand performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
  10. Identify and address potential challenges and risks to the brand's success.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in global brand management.
  12. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the brand team.
  13. Represent the brand at global conferences and events.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  15. Drive brand growth and profitability through effective brand management.
