- Develop and implement global brand strategy for the Immuno-Oncology portfolio in the Genito-Urinary and Gynecological therapeutic areas.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of brand strategy.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform brand strategy and tactics.
- Collaborate with regional and country teams to adapt global brand strategy to local markets.
- Develop and manage brand budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Identify and prioritize key growth opportunities for the brand, including potential partnerships and collaborations.
- Drive brand performance through the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Oversee the development and launch of new products within the brand portfolio.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and key opinion leaders.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of brand managers, ensuring their professional development and growth.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in the promotion of the brand.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate brand performance, making adjustments as needed to achieve business objectives.
- Represent the brand and company at various internal and external events, conferences, and meetings.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in global brand management, and incorporate them into brand strategy and tactics.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.
Extensive Experience In Global Marketing: A Successful Global Brand Director At Astrazeneca Must Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Global Marketing, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry. This Experience Should Include Leading Global Brand Strategy And Execution, Managing Cross-Functional Teams, And Launching New Products In Multiple Markets.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Leading And Developing High-Performing Teams. They Should Possess Strong Communication, Collaboration, And Influencing Skills To Effectively Manage Stakeholders At All Levels, Both Internally And Externally.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Io And Gu/Gyn Therapeutic Areas: Astrazeneca Is A Global Leader In Immuno-Oncology And Gu/Gyn Therapies. The Global Brand Director Must Have A Deep Understanding Of These Therapeutic Areas, Including The Competitive Landscape, Market Trends, And Customer Needs. This Knowledge Will Be Critical In Developing And Executing Effective Global Brand Strategies.
Strategic Thinker And Business Acumen: A Successful Global Brand Director Must Be A Strategic Thinker With Strong Business Acumen.
