Lead and manage a team of analysts and data experts to provide strategic insights and recommendations for AstraZeneca's global Oncology business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and develop analytical approaches to answer them.
Utilize advanced analytics techniques to analyze large and complex datasets, including market trends, patient data, and competitive landscape.
Communicate analytical findings and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders to inform business strategy and decision-making.
Identify and implement new data sources and analytical tools to enhance the team's capabilities and drive innovation.
Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in the Oncology market to inform business strategy and identify potential opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including key opinion leaders and data providers.
Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their analytical skills and knowledge of the Oncology market.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analyses and deliverables.

Job Qualifications

Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Statistics, Mathematics, Or Healthcare Analytics.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Analytics And Insights Within The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry, With A Focus On Oncology.
Strong Understanding Of Global Market Dynamics And Competitive Landscape In The Oncology Field.
Proven Ability To Lead And Manage Cross-Functional Teams To Deliver Impactful Insights And Recommendations.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With Experience Presenting To Senior Leadership And Stakeholders.
