Job Description

AstraZeneca is looking for an exceptional Global Analytics & Insights Associate Director to join our team. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who is passionate about leading and innovating in the area of analytics and insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and research, with a track record of developing and executing successful insights-based initiatives. The Global Analytics & Insights Associate Director will be responsible for driving data-driven decision making, leading global analytics projects, leveraging insights to develop key strategies, and working in partnership with other teams to leverage data and insights to optimize business performance. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of data science, analytics, and research methods, and be able to identify and apply the most appropriate analytics and insights solutions. To be successful in this role, you will need to have: • A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in analytics, research, and insights• Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Sciences, etc.)• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills• Strong technical skills and experience in data analytics and visualization tools• Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights• Ability to lead global analytics initiatives• Highly developed business acumenIf you have the required qualifications and you’re passionate about making a difference through analytics and insights, we’d love to hear from you!
