GBS Project Services - Change Director

1. Lead and manage change initiatives across the organization to ensure successful implementation of business processes and systems.
2. Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support the organization's objectives and goals.
3. Identify and analyze potential risks and challenges associated with change initiatives and develop mitigation plans.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of change initiatives with other business functions.
5. Develop and deliver training and communication plans to support change initiatives and ensure adoption and buy-in from stakeholders.
6. Monitor and evaluate the progress and impact of change initiatives, and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful implementation.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, to gain support and buy-in for change initiatives.
8. Provide guidance and support to project teams and change agents to effectively manage and drive change within their areas of responsibility.
9. Utilize change management best practices and methodologies to drive successful change and ensure sustainable results.
10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in change management and bring new ideas and approaches to the organization.
11. Work closely with the GBS Project Services team to ensure alignment and coordination of change initiatives with project timelines and milestones.
12. Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of change initiatives to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
13. Mentor and develop team members to build a strong change management capability within the organization.
14. Represent AstraZeneca as a change management expert at industry events and conferences.
15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
