Job Description

We are looking for an innovative, forward-thinking Forecasting Leader (Director) to join our Global Immunology team at AstraZeneca. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in forecasting and analytics, with a passion for driving results and inspiring others. You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the long-term forecasting strategies in the Immunology therapy area, while leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making. You will be a key contributor in the development of product forecasts and analysis, leading the global forecasting process to ensure an optimal result.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in forecasting and analytics. You should have a proven track record in leading global teams and experience in developing and implementing forecasting strategies. You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
