Assist the finance team in day-to-day tasks and projects.
Gain a thorough understanding of AstraZeneca's financial processes and procedures.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations.
Collaborate with different departments to gather and analyze financial data.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance financial knowledge and skills.

Job Qualifications

Strong Academic Background In Finance Or Related Field: A Successful Candidate For The Finance Intern - 12 Months Career Starter Program At Astrazeneca Should Have A Strong Foundation In Finance And Related Subjects. This Includes A Relevant Bachelor's Degree Or Coursework In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or Business.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Finance Intern At Astrazeneca, You Will Be Expected To Analyze Complex Financial Data And Provide Solutions To Business Problems. Therefore, Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills Are Essential For This Role.
Proficiency In Financial Software And Tools: Astrazeneca Uses Various Financial Software And Tools To Manage And Analyze Data. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience With Financial Software Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Hyperion, And Possess Advanced Excel Skills.
