  1. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry such as payers, healthcare providers, and patient advocacy groups.
  2. Educate and train healthcare providers on the reimbursement process for AstraZeneca's Respiratory Biologics products.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure successful product launch and ongoing support.
  4. Monitor and analyze reimbursement trends and develop strategies to overcome potential barriers to patient access.
  5. Utilize strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maximize reimbursement for AstraZeneca products.
  6. Provide guidance and support to patients and healthcare providers in navigating the reimbursement process for AstraZeneca products.
  7. Create and implement processes to track and report on reimbursement metrics, including patient and provider satisfaction.
  8. Stay updated on changes in the healthcare reimbursement landscape and proactively communicate any potential impact to the organization.
  9. Represent AstraZeneca at relevant conferences and events to promote our products and services.
  10. Conduct ongoing training and education for internal teams on reimbursement processes and policies.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on healthcare reimbursement for AstraZeneca's Respiratory Biologics products.
  12. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to reimbursement activities.
  13. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including sales and marketing teams, to support product launch and ongoing sales efforts.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline reimbursement processes for AstraZeneca products.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to AstraZeneca's values and mission of improving patient lives through access to life-saving medications.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Reimbursement, Specifically In The Respiratory Disease Area.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Reimbursement Processes, Including Medicare, Medicaid, And Commercial Insurance.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Healthcare Landscape In Kentucky, Including Key Stakeholders And Reimbursement Policies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Healthcare Providers, Payers, And Internal Teams.
