  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve medical performance in the respiratory and immunology therapeutic area.
  2. Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in respiratory and immunology conditions to inform and guide performance improvement initiatives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address performance gaps and opportunities.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of medical professionals to ensure high-quality and impactful medical performance.
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the medical community, including healthcare professionals and patient advocacy groups.
  6. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Develop and deliver training and education programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of medical professionals.
  8. Participate in conferences, seminars, and other events to promote awareness and understanding of respiratory and immunology conditions and the company's performance efforts.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in the performance of medical activities.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to optimize medical performance and drive better patient outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Industry, Specifically In Respiratory And Immunology Therapeutic Areas.

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Management And Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Regulatory Guidelines And Compliance Requirements For Respiratory And Immunology Products.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders.
