- Develop and implement strategies to identify and attract top early talent for AstraZeneca.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for early talent, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and create targeted recruitment plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, organizations, and other sources to cultivate a pipeline of high-quality early talent.
- Develop and maintain a strong employer brand and presence on social media and other platforms to attract early talent.
- Utilize data and analytics to track and measure the success of early talent recruitment efforts.
- Lead and manage projects related to early talent acquisition, including organizing career fairs, campus events, and other initiatives.
- Develop and implement training and development programs for early talent to ensure their growth and retention within the organization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in early talent acquisition to continuously improve processes and strategies.
- Act as a brand ambassador for AstraZeneca and promote the company as a top employer for early talent.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless integration of early talent into the organization.
- Represent AstraZeneca at external events and conferences to promote the company's early talent program.
- Mentor and coach early talent to support their professional development and career growth.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information related to early talent.
- Continuously strive to enhance diversity and inclusion efforts in early talent recruitment and development.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry.
Proven Experience In Project Management, Including Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Talent Acquisition Strategies And Best Practices, Including Sourcing, Interviewing, And Candidate Assessment Techniques.
