- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for the Specialty Care CVRM division in the Philadelphia, PA region.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to effectively promote and sell AstraZeneca's cardiovascular and metabolic disease products to healthcare providers.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to the sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to achieve their targets and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers in the region, including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to counter potential threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and market access, to ensure alignment and execution of brand strategies.
- Utilize data and analytical tools to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Pharmaceutical Sales Experience, Preferably In The Cardiovascular Or Specialty Care Field
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing A Sales Team And Meeting/Exceeding Sales Targets
In-Depth Knowledge Of The Philadelphia Market And Healthcare Landscape, Specifically In The Cardiovascular And Specialty Care Area
