  1. Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive market share for respiratory products in the designated district.
  2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue and expand market presence.
  3. Coach and mentor sales team members to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and medical affairs, to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  8. Identify and address training and development needs within the sales team.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  10. Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to support business objectives.
  11. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to healthcare professionals and other key decision-makers.
  12. Travel within the designated district to meet with team members and clients, as needed.
  13. Represent AstraZeneca at industry events and conferences.
  14. Continuously assess and improve sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting teamwork, accountability, and a patient-centric approach.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Respiratory Diseases And Treatments, As Well As The Pharmaceutical Industry And Market Trends.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Achieving Targets, With A Focus On Strategic Planning And Execution.
