We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven District Sales Manager for our Primary Care Cardiovascular and Renal Metabolic (CVRM) team. In this role, you will lead a team of sales representatives in promoting our portfolio of CVRM products to healthcare professionals in your assigned district. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for healthcare and a proven track record in sales.   1. Manage and lead a team of sales representatives in the assigned district.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to promote and increase sales of CVRM products.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals in the district.
  4. Conduct regular sales meetings and trainings to ensure team members are knowledgeable and up-to-date on product information.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  6. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and medical affairs, to support product launches and promotional initiatives.
  8. Develop and manage district sales budgets and expenses.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  10. Provide regular performance evaluations and coaching to team members.
  11. Identify and address any performance or training needs within the team.
  12. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  13. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  14. Keep abreast of industry developments and share insights and knowledge with the team.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for AstraZeneca and promote a positive image of the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Healthcare Professionals.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Sales Representatives.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Sales Performance, Including Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales, With A Focus On Primary Care And Cardiovascular Or Metabolic Products.
