- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve district and company objectives for the Primary Care CVRM division.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive sales and meet performance targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers and stakeholders within the district.
- Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination and execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and manage district sales budgets and resources to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback and development opportunities to team members.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations in the district.

- Stay updated on industry developments, new products, and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Sales, With A Focus On Primary Care And Cardiovascular And Metabolic Diseases.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Sales Performance, Including Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets.
Strong Leadership Skills, With A Demonstrated Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team Of Sales Representatives.
Extensive Knowledge Of The Pharmaceutical Industry, Including Understanding Of Market Trends, Competitors, And Industry Regulations.
