- Develop and implement strategic plans for process optimization within the supply chain, in line with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Identify areas for improvement in supply chain processes and create action plans to address them.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of supply chain processes.
- Lead cross-functional teams to analyze and redesign supply chain processes, utilizing data-driven insights and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, procurement, and logistics teams, to ensure alignment and implementation of process improvements.
- Monitor and track progress of process optimization initiatives, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may arise during the process optimization efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in supply chain processes to continuously enhance and evolve the company's processes.
- Train and mentor team members on process improvement methodologies and tools.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the supply chain team.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Process Analysis And Optimization, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Implementing Process Improvement Initiatives In A Complex Supply Chain Environment.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Inefficiencies And Develop Innovative Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Manage Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
