Oversee the design, development, and implementation of statistical programming strategies for clinical trials.
Manage and mentor a team of statistical programmers to ensure high-quality work.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the success of drug development programs.
Develop and maintain programming standards, processes, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Provide strategic input to study design and analysis plans.
Review and validate statistical programming deliverables.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in statistical programming.
Train and onboard new team members.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Participate in meetings and presentations to share programming updates and progress.
Provide guidance and support to resolve any programming issues.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Job Qualifications

Advanced Degree In Statistics, Biostatistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Statistical Programming Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Proficiency In Sas Programming And Knowledge Of Other Relevant Statistical Software.
Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Design, Data Management, And Statistical Analysis.
Proven Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead A Team And Communicate With Cross-Functional Stakeholders.
