  1. Develop and implement global procurement governance and compliance policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives.
  2. Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices in the procurement process.
  3. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  4. Provide strategic leadership and guidance to procurement teams worldwide on compliance matters.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  6. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on procurement compliance policies and procedures.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance measures are constantly updated.
  9. Serve as a point of contact for regulatory agencies and external auditors during compliance audits.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on compliance performance and any identified issues.
  11. Lead and mentor a team of procurement compliance professionals to drive a culture of compliance within the organization.
  12. Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve procurement governance and compliance processes and procedures.
  13. Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to ensure their compliance with company policies and procedures.
  14. Engage with senior leadership to communicate the importance of compliance and the impact on overall business success.
  15. Represent the company in industry forums and conferences to stay informed on best practices and share knowledge with the procurement community.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Procurement Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Procurement, With A Proven Track Record Of Managing Global Procurement Operations And Leading Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Procurement Regulations And Compliance: The Director Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Procurement Laws And Regulations Across Various Countries And Regions, And Be Well-Versed In Compliance Frameworks Such As Iso, Sox, And Gdpr.

  • Excellent Leadership Skills: As A Director, The Candidate Should Have Exceptional Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Procurement Professionals. They Should Also Be Able To Collaborate With Other Departments And Stakeholders To Drive Procurement Initiatives And Achieve Business Objectives.

  • Strategic Mindset: The Director Should Possess A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Develop And Implement Procurement Strategies That Align With The Company's Overall Goals. They Should Also Have Experience In Optimizing Procurement Processes And Identifying Cost-Saving Opportunities.

  • Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills: As A Key Representative Of The Company In Procurement-Related Matters, The Director Should Have Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.
