Develop and implement enterprise architecture strategy to support business objectives and ensure alignment with company goals.
Lead a team of architects to design and implement technology solutions that meet business needs and align with overall architecture strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business and technical requirements.
Conduct ongoing reviews and assessments of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to inform and guide architecture decisions.
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Work closely with IT leadership and business leaders to develop and maintain a long-term strategic technology roadmap.
Oversee the development and maintenance of enterprise architecture documentation and standards.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to enterprise architecture.
Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
Collaborate with external partners and vendors to evaluate and select technology solutions that align with the company's enterprise architecture.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the enterprise architecture team.
Participate in budget planning and resource allocation for enterprise architecture projects and initiatives.
Represent the company in industry events and conferences to stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in enterprise architecture.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Enterprise Architecture: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Enterprise Architecture, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Enterprise-Wide Solutions In A Large Organization.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Director Of Enterprise Architect, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Architects. They Should Have A Strategic Mindset, Be Able To Set Clear Goals, And Motivate Their Team To Achieve Them.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Should Have Exceptional Communication And Collaboration Skills To Effectively Engage And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization. They Should Also Be Able To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams To Develop And Implement Enterprise-Wide Solutions.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Industry Standards And Best Practices In Areas Such As Cloud Computing, Data Management, Security, And Application Development. They Should Also Have Experience In Implementing These Standards And Practices In A Large Organization.
Strategic Thinking And Business Acumen: A Director Of Enterprise Architect Should Have A Strong Business Acumen And The Ability To Think Strategically. They Should Be Able To Align The Organization's Technology Strategy With Its Overall Business Objectives And Effectively Communicate The Value Of Enterprise Architecture To Senior Leadership.
