  9. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve chatbot performance and functionality.
  10. Ensure that all chatbot solutions comply with company and industry regulations and standards.
  11. Proactively identify and address potential risks and obstacles to the success of chatbot projects.
  12. Participate in cross-functional teams to support the integration of chatbot solutions with other technologies and systems.
  13. Communicate project progress, challenges, and successes to key stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
  14. Continuously evaluate and optimize chatbot solutions to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Actively contribute to the overall improvement of the chatbot development process and share knowledge and expertise with team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Developing And Implementing Chatbot Solutions

  • Strong Understanding Of Natural Language Processing (Nlp) And Machine Learning Algorithms

  • Experience With Chatbot Platforms Such As Dialogflow, Ibm Watson, Or Amazon Lex

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
