Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Developing And Implementing Chatbot Solutions
Strong Understanding Of Natural Language Processing (Nlp) And Machine Learning Algorithms
Experience With Chatbot Platforms Such As Dialogflow, Ibm Watson, Or Amazon Lex
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
