Configure and maintain bots in various business processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement bot automation opportunities.
Develop and implement bot configuration strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
Stay updated on the latest bot technology and industry trends to continuously improve processes.
Train and support team members on bot configuration and usage.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to bot configuration.
Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize bot performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards while configuring bots.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on bot configuration progress.

Job Qualifications

Strong Understanding Of Bot Configuration And Design Principles: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Bot Configuration And Design Principles, Including Experience With Various Chatbot Platforms And Tools.
Experience With Conversational Ai: Astrazeneca Is Seeking A Consultant With Experience In Conversational Ai, Including Natural Language Processing And Machine Learning, To Help Develop And Improve Their Chatbot Capabilities.
