Develop and implement strategic communication plans that align with the company's mission and goals
Create engaging and impactful messaging for various internal and external audiences, including employees, patients, investors, and media
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, employees, media contacts, and community partners
Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to inform communication strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all communication channels
Manage crisis communications and develop proactive strategies to address potential issues and risks
Plan and execute events, such as conferences and media briefings, to showcase the company's achievements and initiatives
Develop and maintain internal communication channels, such as employee newsletters and intranet, to keep employees informed and engaged
Ensure all communication materials adhere to company branding and messaging guidelines
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in communication and make recommendations for improvement and innovation within the company.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Communications And Engagement Roles, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Digital And Social Media Platforms And Their Impact On Communications And Engagement Strategies.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Information To A Variety Of Audiences.
Proven Track Record In Developing And Implementing Successful Communications And Engagement Campaigns, With The Ability To Analyze And Measure Their Effectiveness.
