- Conduct and oversee clinical research studies focused on oncology treatments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement clinical trials.

- Communicate study progress and results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of study procedures and findings.

- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and study sites.
- Train and mentor junior team members on clinical research processes and procedures.
- Participate in the development and review of study protocols and other study-related documents.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems within the clinical research department.
- Attend conferences and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.
- Support the organization's mission to improve patient outcomes and bring life-saving treatments to market.
- Act as a representative of AstraZeneca and maintain a professional and ethical demeanor at all times.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Life Sciences Or Healthcare.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Clinical Research Associate In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry, With A Focus On Oncology Clinical Trials.
Strong Understanding And Knowledge Of Gcp Guidelines, Fda Regulations, And Ich Guidelines.
Proven Ability To Manage Multiple Clinical Trials Simultaneously, With Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills.
