- Oversee the creation, revision, and management of business process documents for AstraZeneca.
- Ensure that all business process documents are in compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of AstraZeneca's business processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with various departments and teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of business process documents.
- Manage the review and approval process for all business process documents.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of business process documents.
- Monitor and track changes to business processes and update relevant documents accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders about changes to business process documents.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure business process documents are up-to-date and accurate.
- Identify areas for improvement in business processes and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and maintain a central repository for all business process documents.
- Train and support users on how to access and use business process documents.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to business process documentation.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to implement new processes and systems.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection policies.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Or A Related Field.
Previous Experience In Document Management Or Process Improvement, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Business Processes And Their Documentation Requirements.
Proficiency In Project Management, Including The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Meet Deadlines, And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
