- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for the Neurology portfolio, in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform brand strategy and identify growth opportunities
- Develop and manage brand budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to drive maximum ROI
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics
- Partner with medical affairs and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
- Monitor and track brand performance metrics and make recommendations for adjustments to drive success
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, medical affairs, and market access, to ensure alignment and execution of brand strategies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and other external stakeholders to drive brand awareness and advocacy
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging therapies in the neurology field
- Represent the brand and company at conferences, meetings, and other events as needed
- Continuously evaluate and improve brand strategies and tactics to adapt to changing market dynamics and drive business growth
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication and sharing of best practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Brand Management Within The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
Knowledge And Understanding Of The Neurology Market, Including Key Competitors And Treatment Landscape.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Brands, With A Focus On Driving Revenue And Market Share Growth.
