- Create and manage marketing campaigns and initiatives to effectively promote the company's products to target audiences.

- Manage the brand's budget and resources effectively to maximize return on investment.

- Provide training and support to sales teams to ensure a deep understanding of the brand and its messaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and guidelines to ensure compliance and mitigate any potential risks.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize brand performance through various metrics and KPIs.
- Represent the brand and company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
- Stay updated on advancements in the healthcare industry and identify potential new opportunities for the brand.
- Mentor and develop junior team members to ensure their growth and success within the company.

Strong Understanding Of Market Trends And Competitive Landscape
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Brand Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Brands
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With External Stakeholders
