  1. Maintain and troubleshoot automated equipment to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.
  2. Monitor production processes and equipment performance to identify and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new equipment and technologies, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems.
  4. Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  5. Follow standard operating procedures and protocols to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  6. Document all maintenance and repair activities, including equipment logs, maintenance reports, and calibration records.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies to continuously improve processes and systems.
  8. Work closely with other technicians and engineers to identify and implement process improvements.
  9. Assist in the training and development of new technicians to ensure proper understanding and utilization of automated equipment.
  10. Adhere to company policies and regulations, following all safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Knowledge And Experience In Automation Systems, Such As Plcs, Hmis, And Scada, With A Minimum Of 3 Years Of Hands-On Experience In A Manufacturing Environment.

  • Proficient In Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Quickly Diagnose And Resolve Issues In Complex Automated Systems.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Gmp And Fda Guidelines, To Ensure Compliance In The Design, Installation, And Maintenance Of Automation Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Cross-Functional Team And Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Implementing And Optimizing Automation Processes To Improve Efficiency, Reduce Downtime, And Increase Productivity In A Manufacturing Environment.
