  1. Conduct clinical research studies to support the development of new cancer treatments.
  2. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines, including Good Clinical Practice.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement clinical trials.
  4. Monitor and analyze data from clinical trials, identifying trends and potential issues.
  5. Develop and maintain study protocols and other essential study documents.
  6. Coordinate with study sites and investigators, providing support and guidance as needed.
  7. Conduct training and education sessions for study staff on study protocols and procedures.
  8. Manage study budgets and timelines.
  9. Communicate study progress and results to internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Participate in study feasibility assessments and site selection visits.
  11. Adhere to company and industry standards for quality and ethical conduct.
  12. Contribute to the development and improvement of clinical research processes and procedures.
  13. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in oncology.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on clinical trial regulations and guidelines.
  15. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
  16. Maintain accurate and organized study documentation.
  17. Ensure patient safety and ethical treatment throughout the study.
  18. Work closely with regulatory bodies to obtain necessary approvals for clinical trials.
  19. Provide support for regulatory submissions and audits.
  20. Continuously evaluate and improve upon study processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Regulations.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Biology, Pharmacology, Or Clinical Research.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In The Field Of Oncology.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Setting And With Cross-Functional Teams.
