Lead the RWD and Digital Academies within the IDS Medical BRM team, ensuring the development and delivery of high-quality training programs.
Develop and implement strategies for leveraging RWD and digital technologies to drive insights and improve patient outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for utilizing RWD in various aspects of drug development and commercialization.
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in RWD and digital technologies in the healthcare industry, and provide recommendations for their integration into the company's processes.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team on RWD and digital initiatives, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with regulations.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure access to quality RWD and digital solutions.
Lead and mentor a team of RWD and digital experts, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
Work closely with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to communicate the value and potential of RWD and digital technologies for the company.
Develop and manage budgets for RWD and digital initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
Collaborate with other departments, such as IT and Data Science, to ensure seamless integration and utilization of RWD and digital technologies across the organization.
Stay updated on relevant regulations and guidelines related to RWD and digital technologies, and ensure compliance within the team's activities.
Represent the company at industry conferences and events, promoting the company's expertise in RWD and digital technologies.
Continuously evaluate and improve the RWD and Digital Academies' curriculum, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team, encouraging the exploration and utilization of new RWD and digital tools and techniques.
Collaborate with HR to identify and recruit top talent for the RWD and digital team, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Real-World Data (Rwd) Architecture And Design: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Rwd Infrastructure, Data Modeling, And Data Warehousing Concepts. This Includes Experience In Designing And Implementing Rwd Solutions In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Technical Knowledge Of Ids Systems And Platforms: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Ids Platforms And Systems, Including Experience With Data Management, Analytics, And Integration Tools. This Is Essential For Effectively Leading The Development Of Rwd Solutions At Astrazeneca.
