Conduct research and analysis to support the development of biologic therapies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute clinical studies.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from clinical trials to support decision making.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines.
Participate in the preparation and review of study protocols, reports, and other documents.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all experiments and results.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Contribute to the development of new processes and techniques to improve efficiency and quality.
Stay current with advancements in the field of clinical biologics and apply new knowledge to projects.
Communicate findings and results to team members and stakeholders.
Participate in team meetings and provide updates on project progress.
Train and mentor junior team members.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field, Such As Biology, Biochemistry, Or Pharmacology.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Biologics Setting, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Company.
Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines For Clinical Biologics, Such As Fda And Ema Regulations.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience In Data Analysis And Interpretation, As Well As Proficiency In Statistical Software.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team Environment And Effectively Present Complex Scientific Information To Diverse Audiences.
