  1. Conduct research and development activities to advance innovative cell therapies for the treatment of serious diseases.

  3. Utilize expertise in cell therapy manufacturing to optimize processes and ensure high-quality product output.
  4. Support the design and execution of experiments to evaluate and improve cell therapy products.

  10. Train and mentor junior team members in cell therapy techniques and procedures.
  11. Communicate effectively with project teams and management to provide updates and progress reports.

  14. Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed to support cell therapy development and production.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Cell Biology Or Related Field: A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Cell Biology, Immunology, Or A Related Field Is Required For This Position. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Strong Understanding Of Cellular Processes And Can Contribute To The Development Of Cell Therapy Products.

  • Experience In Cell Therapy: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In The Field Of Cell Therapy Is Required For This Role. This Includes Experience In Cell Culture, Process Development, And Characterization Of Cell-Based Products.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: The Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Fda And Ema Regulations And Guidelines Related To Cell Therapy Products. This Includes Knowledge Of Gmp, Glp, And Other Relevant Regulatory Requirements.

  • Ability To Work In A Cross-Functional Team: The Associate Specialist Will Be Working With A Diverse Team Of Scientists, Researchers, And Clinicians. Therefore, Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Attention To Detail And Analytical Skills: Cell Therapy Development Involves Complex Processes And Data Analysis. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Attention To Detail And Strong Analytical Skills To Ensure Accuracy And Quality Of Data And Results.
