  1. Conduct research to develop and optimize purification processes for drug candidates.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments.
  3. Analyze and interpret data to support process development and improvement.
  4. Troubleshoot and identify potential issues in purification processes.
  5. Use your expertise in biochemistry or chemical engineering to improve and streamline purification processes.
  6. Work with external partners and vendors to evaluate new technologies and materials for purification processes.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments and results.
  8. Continuously monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of purification processes and suggest improvements.
  9. Communicate findings and progress to project teams and other stakeholders.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in purification techniques.
  11. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations in the laboratory.
  12. Contribute to the overall success of the company's mission to improve patient lives through innovative medicines.
  13. Mentor and train junior team members on purification techniques and processes.
  14. Collaborate with regulatory teams to ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Chemistry, Biochemistry, Or Related Field.

  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In Purification Process Development In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Protein Purification Techniques, Including Chromatography, Filtration, And Centrifugation.

  • Experience With Analytical Techniques Such As Hplc, Sds-Page, And Elisa.

  • Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment.
