Develop and optimize formulations for late-stage drug candidates.
Conduct experiments and analyze data to support formulation development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of formulation projects.
Utilize knowledge of pharmaceutical development to identify and troubleshoot formulation issues.
Stay updated on the latest advancements and technologies in the field of formulation sciences.
Prepare and present scientific findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments and results.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Participate in project planning and contribute to decision-making processes.
Contribute to the development of new processes and techniques to improve formulation development.
Train and mentor junior team members.
Continuously assess and improve formulation processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with external partners and vendors to support formulation development.
Contribute to the writing and review of scientific publications and regulatory documents.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient safety and product quality.

Job Qualifications

Experience With Project Management And Leading Cross-Functional Teams.
Advanced Degree In Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Formulation Development, Preferably In Late-Stage Formulation.
Strong Understanding Of Drug Delivery Systems And Pharmaceutical Processes.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And Collaboratively.
