  1. Lead and direct complex technical projects in support of AstraZeneca's global pharmaceutical business.
  2. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  3. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective project execution.
  4. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to monitor project progress and identify and mitigate risks.
  5. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  6. Proactively identify and address project roadblocks and issues to keep projects on track.
  7. Identify and implement process improvements to increase project efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  10. Mentor and coach junior project management staff to develop their skills and capabilities.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management processes.
  12. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the project management team.
  13. Embody AstraZeneca's mission and values in all aspects of the role.
  14. Represent AstraZeneca in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Engineering, Or Project Management.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Technical Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Project Managers, Engineers, And Other Technical Professionals.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Delivery, Including Managing Complex Projects With Multiple Stakeholders And Tight Timelines.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Build Strong Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams.
