Associate Director/Team Lead (In vivo)

The successful candidate will possess excellent scientific knowledge and technical expertise, as well as an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a relevant scientific field, including in vivo pharmacology, drug discovery, and/or pre-clinical development. This individual will have a proven track record of leading successful teams, have the ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external partners, and have a passion for driving results. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, have excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on data-driven decisions. The Associate Director/Team Lead will have the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team to exceed expectations and will be an excellent communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.We are seeking an individual who is highly organized, proactive, and who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
